Resto CINQ, the 5th restaurant through history of the family, is where Jean-Michel continue the life’s work of their father, Michel, taking an innovative angle and giving it new panache at a new location.
The culinary story of head chef Jean-Michel Verzele begins close to home, at the family home in Anderlecht, where his parents ran a restaurant Le Florence. After completing his secondary school studies, Jean-Michel focused on becoming a chef, gaining valuable work experience at establishments such as Chateau du Mylord and Restaurant Michel.
With Resto CINQ, Jean-Michel and his kitchenteam of enthusiastic young people and Jérôme Flamcourt aim to put their own mark on contemporary gastronomy. Using all of their knowledge and passion, Jean-Michel and his team deliver creative cuisine, drawing on the very best produce that each season brings.
